OSET BABÜR-WINTER is a writer, editor, and brand consultant in New York City.

She is also the founder and host of Prix Fixe, the first gifting suite that connects hospitality tastemakers with the best brands in food, beverage, and home.

As Senior Editor at Food & Wine Magazine, she launched the legacy print magazine’s digital drinks vertical and was responsible for commissioning and editing content for both platforms; her efforts landed stories in front of ~4 million readers in the first year. She produced photoshoots and sponsored content packages, and edited the print magazine’s front-of-book section, which included shopping guides, as-told-to essays, and profiles.

Over the past decade, she has contributed editorial work to New York Magazine, Bon Appétit, Condé Nast Traveler, Wine Enthusiast, Travel + Leisure, Imbibe, VOGUE, The Guardian, SevenFifty Daily, TASTE, The New York Times, and many others. She has collaborated (cowriting, ghost-writing, project management) on forthcoming food and drinks books with Union Square & Co., Clarkson Potter, ABRAMS, and Flatiron Books.

Her brand work includes programming events, copywriting, copyediting, product seeding, and on-premise placement strategy for brands like Oatly, Resy, ActBlue, AG1, The Malin, Dripos, and ShopMy.

She has a Level 3 Advanced Certification (with Merit) in Wine from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) in 2022. Her writing is represented by Eve Attermann at WME Books.
